We are the successors to the discipleship of preaching, those who are moved and called by the Word to proclaim it. Inspired by the Word, we bear witness to it in our lives. When we read the Word, we are both listeners and members who trust and practice it. We faithfully proclaim and transmit its contents, relying on the Holy Spirit to fulfill the Word's purpose of becoming flesh and blood.
